Care Instructions

Although the jewels are firmly attached we cannot guarantee a lifetime warranty on the collar as each dog is different in their behaviour and how they wear their collars.

Each collar is guaranteed for 14 days from date of purchase. If a jewel comes off, a similar replacement jewel is offered for free upon proof of purchase.

These jewels are often one of a kind and we are unable to guarantee that you will get the exact same jewel.

If a replacement jewel is needed after 14 days simply email us and for a small fee we will repair the collar.

We would not advise allowing your dog to wear this while swimming or during heavy activity as many of these jewels are vintage and fragile.

If your dog does get the jewels wet be sure to dry collar and jewels as soon as possible to avoid rust damage to jewels.

We suggest that you treat this collar like you would a treat a favourite piece of jewellery, with loving care.

Keep away from heat.

To clean the collar use a damp sponge and dry.

We suggest that you remove collar before bedtime!

As each dog is an individual in its behaviour, some like rough play and running through the woods or to play fetch .

We would advise removing the collar before a day out in the woods or rough playtime to ensure your collar stays looking its best.

PULLING AND TUGGING OF COLLAR IS NOT ADVISED AS THE SMALL JEWELS COULD BREAK OFF AND ARE A CHOKING HAZARD!

If your dog is engaged in this sort of play with another dog, remove collar!
